Our refund, exchange and product-care policy.

Refund

You can return the goods within 14 days. Unfortunately, if more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange of goods.

You must provide a receipt or other proof of purchase (order number) in order to receive a cash payment. Also, your item must be unworn and in the same condition as when you received it. The returned item must be in its original packaging.

Please note that some items are not eligible for return status: lingerie, certain jewelry, gift cards, and some personal care items.

Situations where only a partial refund is granted (if applicable):

Money compensation

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email informing you that we have received your item and confirming or rejecting your refund. If approved, your refund will be automatically credited to your credit card within a certain number of days.

We do not cover postage (original shipping cost and return shipping charges).

If you would like to request a refund for shipping costs for a product that is incorrectly advertised or damaged: contact us and we will reimburse you. Please note that the maximum amount we can refund is the standard registered shipping price of Lithuanian Post. Therefore, we cannot reimburse the shipping costs of those packages that are returned to us via courier.

Unpaid or late compensation

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account first, then contact your credit card company and bank (it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted).

Sale items

Returns are accepted only on items purchased at regular price. Items purchased during a sale are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only exchange products if they are damaged. If you would like to exchange such an item, please call us on +370 686 19933 to receive confirmation.

The time it takes to receive a product replacement depends on where you live.

Gifts

If the item purchased and shipped directly to you was a gift, you will receive a gift credit of the same value. We will send the gift certificate upon receipt of the returned item.

If the item was not purchased as a gift, or the person who gave the gift placed the order at their address and delivered the gift themselves, we will return the money to the gift giver and they will inform you.
